AVC Construction specializes in custom masonry work for buildings and landscaping. AVC is very experienced at developing architect created custom designs and enjoys collaborating with designers, architects, landscape architects and homeowners. We feel that we always bring a value added of several generations of European history in stonework and masonry. Our advanced knowledge of structural engineering allows us to build traditional arches and masonry details that many other companies might shy from. Historical preservation of masonry is also a specialty.

EXCAVATION

AVC Construction boasts a full line of required equipment and trucks to complete any required excavation task. We are familiar with the Chesapeake Bay Act grading plan requirements and can implement any portion of a grading plan.

WATERPROOFING

new construction, existing basements, sump pumps, drainage systems, parging, vulcan waterproofing membranes

FOOTINGS

As opposed to many masons who will not do excavation and footings... we are uniquely qualified to do both. Many General Contractors appreciate not having to work with two separate contractors.
